Peace Happy Thursday, So, how do we get there? This past month has been so difficult to watch. So difficult to imagine for our healthcare professionals. It is a reminder of how much we are not in control, no matter how much we try. The need to regain what is called normal again, is a cry we hear more and more. This week I wanted to share things that can give one peace. - Recognize your limitations. Find something you can do and do it. It can be as simple as clipping the edges off that plant you love to look at and care for. Comb your dog’s and cat’s hair. They need to look fabulous like we all do. - Listen to music, write, walk, breathe, meditate or just be. There is no need to do anything. Love others in mind or body. We are all connected. No one is ever alone, even in death. - Pray, for others and for yourself. Ask for guidance even if you do not believe in a religion. Listen to your heart.
